Uscreen’s Holiday Hours & Operational Guidelines

Here’s what to expect during the holiday season: reduced support coverage, important deadlines, and tips for smooth operations.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Technical Support & Customer Success

During the holiday season, our support team will have limited availability. Please note the following schedule:

Christmas Eve (Dec 24, 2025) & Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025):

🎅 Expect slower response times due to reduced coverage.

New Year’s Eve (Dec 31, 2025) & New Year’s Day (Jan 1, 2026):

❌ Support will be closed. Regular operations will resume on January 5, 2026.

If you plan a major launch, schedule it well before Dec 24 or after Jan 2 to avoid unexpected delays.

Third‑Party Partners

Our third-party partners (e.g., payment processors, App stores, CDN, etc.) will also operate with limited coverage during the holiday season.

✅ All core systems remain operational.

⚠️ However, because partners may take longer to respond, we recommend avoiding big campaigns or launches between Dec 20, 2025, and Jan 5, 2026.

If something goes wrong during a holiday period launch, resolution may take longer than usual.

Third‑Party App‑Store Guidelines

If you have an app on platforms like Roku, Apple, Google, or Amazon, please plan carefully:

Black‑out / Slow‑down period for app reviews

Starting around December 15, 2025, through January 5, 2026, app-store approvals and review cycles will likely slow significantly or effectively pause for many platforms.

Important: Uscreen does not control or influence these review periods or timings; these are determined by the app store.

General Holiday Tips

  • Submit updates or new apps well before mid‑December to avoid holiday backlog.

  • Avoid launching critical campaigns or releases during the Dec 15–Jan 5 window, as you may face approval delays.

Aim to finalize your app submission and approve all content by early December if you plan a holiday‑time launch.
