Disconnecting Paypal

Please note if you want to disconnect Paypal once you've begun accepting subscription payments via Paypal, then there are two options.

If you wish to keep the recurring subscriptions and only disconnect Paypal for future transactions, please let support know this. This does mean that once support disconnects Paypal, you will no longer be able to filter by Origin: Paypal on the Invoices view and also will not see Paypal Payouts information.

If you want no new charges and no recurring charges via Paypal, please let support know this in your request. This does mean that once support disconnects Paypal, you will no longer be able to filter by Origin: Paypal on the Invoices view and also will not see Paypal Payouts information. In addition, the Uscreen support team will need to work with the Development Team to remove all Paypal id associations, which can have a 7 to 10 business day turnaround time.
