Your Home page allows you to customize the SEO settings. These settings are only for the home page, they won't apply to the landing pages created on the Marketing tab. If you're wondering how to change your content SEO settings, we have a whole section on that.

Navigate to Website and select Themes, then click Customize. Click on Page Settings to find the SEO title and description.
