Customers can easily reset their password from your website storefront.
NOTE: Customer passwords cannot be reset via apps. Customers should reset their password on the website and changes will be applied to app log-in credentials.
To reset customer password:
-Navigate to the sign-in page
-On the sign-in page, click on Forgot Password?
-Enter your email address and click Send Instructions
-A confirmation will appear that the reset email has been sent
-Click on the Reset Password link provided in the reset email
-Enter your new password and click Change Password
-Confirmation of success will appear
-You will be automatically redirected to the home page to log in
