If an app is crashing, won't respond, won't open, or isn't working properly, follow these steps:

Try all solutions, or have end user try solutions, before reporting an issue or submitting a Bug Report. In order to investigate an issue, we'll need you to provide the outcome after trying each solution.

Android Apps:
1: Restart device

2: Check for Updates: Open Settings on device, then tap >System >Advanced >System update.

3: Uninstall App: Touch & hold app >Start dragging app >Drag app to Uninstall at top of screen

4: Reinstall App: Open Google Play, then tap >Menu >My apps & games >Library. Tap app, then Install.

iOS Apps:
1: Force quit the app, then open it again
-No Home Button: swipe up from bottom of screen; swipe right/left to find app; swipe up to close app
-Home Button: double-click to show recent apps; swipe right/left to find app; swipe up to close app.

2: Restart Device: Restart your device, then open app to see if it works as expected.

4: Reinstall App: Open Settings >tap General >iPhone/iPad Storage. Tap app, then Offload app. Tap Offload app again. Wait a moment for the app to offload, then tap Reinstall App.
