Change Email / Password

Jump Ahead

    To change your Admin account details: email and password or for one of your customers please follow the next steps:  

    • Go to Customers menu on the toolbar.
    • Select a customer by clicking its name or the correspondent Show option from customer menu. 




    • Change customer's account details and click on Save blue button. 




    Alternatively your customers can change their settings in their customer Dashboard as shown below. Depending on your layout and site setup your customers may see a 'Dashboard', 'My Account' or other similarly labeled link in the top navigation after logging in. They may also see an icon that directs them to their settings.

    The link they are needing to reach is or if you don't have a custom domain configured Once there they will see the below Settings:
