Change Your Customer's Email or Password

Jump Ahead

    Customers can update their email and password information on their own by following these instructions or you can help them as an admin.

    To change a customer's email or password:

    -Navigate to the Customers tab

    -Select the customer by clicking their name or clicking on the three dots and selecting Show

    -Change the customer's account details on the Summary tab and click Save
