Granting Customer Access

    You can manually grant access to a subscription, program, or bundle for a customer.

    Granting access to a fixed price bundle or program will provide access for free. Granting access to a subscription plan will provide free access until the next due date. 

    To view and edit customer details:

    -Navigate to the Customers tab

    -Search for the customer by name or email.  Click on their name or the three dots on the right and click Show to see the detailed customer view.

    -Click on the Access tab

    There are three options on the Access tab: Subscriptions, Programs, and Bundles.

     

    Subscriptions

    -Find the subscription you want to grant access to and click Choose plan

    -After clicking Choose plan, a pop-up window will appear - Click OK

    -The subscription entry will be updated and marked as Active

    Programs

    -Select the programs that you want the user to gain access to, from the drop-down list

    -Selected programs will appear below the dropdown list indicating access has been granted

    Bundles

    -Select the bundles that you want the user to have access to, from the drop-down list.

    -Selected bundles will appear below the dropdown list indicating access has been granted
