Customer Activity Log

Jump Ahead

    The customer Activity Log allows you to view a customer's activities including sign-in, video plays, and more.

    To view a customer's activity log:

    -Navigate to the Customers tab

    -Search for the customer by name or email

    -Click on their name or the three dots and select Show to see the detailed customer view


    -Click on Activity Log

    -Use filters to find specific results: by TypeSource or/and Date Performed


    Access Logs: 

    Access Granted = Access is granted to the content.

    Access Revoked = It means access to the program is immediately removed.

    Canceled (subscribers only) = access to subscription removed once subscription ended
