View Customer Activity Log

    Customer Activity Log allows you to track all your customers activities within the platform, for videos or a certain program, sign in, and much more.

    To access the Customer Activity Log please follow these steps:

    • Go to Customers menu on the toolbar.




    • Select a customer by clicking its name or the correspondent Show option from customer menu. 



    • Click on Activity Log.




    • Here you can use filters to easier find results: by TypeSource or/and Date performed






    Types of Access Logs - 

    Access Granted - Access is granted to the content.

    Access Revoked - It means access to the program is immediately removed.

    Cancelled - Only related to subscriptions, it means the access to this subscription is fully removed once the subscription period is over.
