Customer Email History

You can view a customer's email history on the Email History tab.  This will include all automatic notifications sent to the customer from Uscreen and it will display when the email was sent and opened by the customer.  Specifics of the email message are not visible on the admin site for security reasons.


To view a customer's email history:

-Navigate to the People tab

-Search for the customer by name or email

-Click on Edit to see the detailed customer view



-On the Email History tab - view the title of the email, date sent, and date opened by the customer.
