Customize Email Templates
You can modify the contents of system emails sent by the platform to your customers, these are emails such as order confirmations, adding/inviting a customer, overdue notices, payment failed, etc
To customize, activate or deactivate these messages please follow these steps:
- Choose Settings and Emails submenu.
- Open the Email Template you'd like to edit just by clicking its title or its correspondent eye icon.
- You can customize or deactivate email templates. Make sure to Save Template when finished.
- You also have the option to Apply & Test, which will send a test message to the Admin store.
