LiveChat integration

Engage your customers by setting up automated greetings and provide real-time assistance with LiveChat.  The LiveChat feature will appear on most Uscreen pages including home page, catalog page, program pages, author pages.  The chat feature will not appear on the checkout pages, sign in page, or customer dashboard.

To add LiveChat:

-Create an account or log in to LiveChat

-In LiveChat go to Settings Channels Chat Widget

-Copy the piece of code associated with the chat widget


-On the Uscreen admin site, navigate to the Customization tab

-Select Code Editor from the top navigation


-Click on the theme.liquid template

-Start editing the code and paste the LiveChat code before the closing body tag

-Click Save to apply changes


-The LiveChat widget will appear on your storefront
