This feature allows you to reduce churn by offering a last minute discount to customers who are trying to cancel.
Here is how to enable this feature:
- Navigate to the Marketing tab
- Click Settings on the Reduce Churn feature
-Click Activate Reduce Churn
-Customize by requesting feedback and offering a discount
-Click Save Changes to fully enable this feature
-This feature can be disabled by clicking on Settings on the Reduce Churn feature and clicking on Activate Reduce Churn to deselect this option. Click Save Changes to fully disable this feature.
