Resetting Your Customer's Password

    Customers can reset their own password on the website by following these instructions or you can help them as an admin. 

    To reset a customer's password:

    -Navigate to the Customers tab

    -Click on the customer's name or the three dots and select show

    -On the customer's Summary tab, enter a new password and confirm the password

    -Click Save to change the customer's password


    -Once the password has been changed, send the new password to the customer
