Invoice details for all purchases made via your Uscreen site storefront, can be accessed from the Sales tab.
NOTE: Uscreen does not provide PDFs of customer invoices. For customers using Stripe as your payment provider, you can generate and send invoice PDFs from the Stripe dashboard.
To access invoice details:
-Navigate to the Sales tab
-Click on Invoices
-Filter and find the invoice you need
-Click on the invoice number
-The detailed invoice page will include all information needed about that specific invoice
Recurring charges (subscriptions) are run twice per day at 6:00AM and 4:00PM EST. Payment will be collected in the morning or the afternoon depending on the time of day when the subscription was originally enabled on the customer account.
