Disable Customer Email Notifications

Jump Ahead

    Uscreen automatically sends emails to your customers when specific actions take place (including payment failed, overdue, and renewal notices).  You can disable them on the  Settings tab.

    To disable email messages:

    -Navigate to the Settings tab and select Emails


    -Click on the three dots and select Edit


    -Unclick the box next to Active and click Save to apply the change


    -The email will be listed as disabled
