When customers purchase subscription access via your iOS app, all payments are processed through the App Store and are not available for refunds via the Uscreen admin site. If customers request a refund for iOS purchases, they will need to request the refund directly from the App Store. Apple provides detailed instructions on requesting a refund.
NOTE: Only purchases listed in your purchase history are eligible for refunds. Purchases more than 90 days old do not qualify for a refund.
To request a refund:
-View your purchase history
-Locate the order that needs refunded
-Click Report a Problem
-Provide detailed information about why a refund is being requested
-Apple will process the request and determine if it is possible to process the refund
