When customers purchase subscription access via your Android app, all payments are processed through the Google Play Store and are not available for refunds via the Uscreen admin site. If customers request a refund for Android purchases, they will need to request the refund directly from Google Play. To request a refund:
-Click Order History
-Locate the order that needs refunded
-Click Request a Refund or Report a Problem
-Provide detailed information about why the refund is being requested
-Google Play will review the request and process a refund according to their policies
