If you need to change payment providers by disconnecting your current payment provider, the Uscreen customer support team is happy to help. To disconnect Stripe, Uscreen gateway, or PayPal, contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the name of your storefront and email associated with the account.
NOTE: In order to accept payments, you must have either Stripe or Uscreen payment gateway connected to your site. PayPal is only available in addition to Stripe and Uscreen gateway and cannot be connected by itself.
