Follow the steps below to set-up your Google Developer Account:
Step 1: Create Google Developer Account
>Go to Google Play Console
>Sign-In to Google using: Existing Google account or Create Google account
>Follow steps to register: Accept Agreement, then Continue to Payment
>Add Payment. Purchase a membership ($25/year). Developer Console opens.
Step 2: Give Uscreen Access to Service Account (3 parts)
Part I: Create Service Account
-Settings >API Access. If prompted, Accept Terms then Create New Project.
-Scroll down to Service Accounts. Click Create Service Account.
-Create Service Account window opens. Click Google API Console.
-API Console opens in a new tab. Click Create Service Account (top of screen).
-Enter Account Information:
Service Account Details: Name: Uscreen. Create.
Service Account Permissions: Role: Project-Owner. Continue.
Grant Users Access: Leave Blank. Done. This opens Service Account Projects.
Part II: Download & Share .JSON Key
-Select uscreen@api.... >Actions >Create Key >Select JSON, then Create.
-Notification appears onscreen when file is ready. Click Close, then Done.
-File is saved in Downloads Folder on your computer. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Part III: Grant Access to Service Account
-Go back to Developer Console. Click Done on Create Service Account Window.
-Scroll to Service Accounts. Click Grant Access, then add User Information.
-Email: Don't Change - Expires: Never - Role: Administrator - Permissions: Leave. Add User.
Step 3: Give Uscreen Access to Developer Account
>Add User: Settings >Users & Permissions >Invite New User.
>Email: email@example.com - Expires: Never- Role: Administrator- Permissions: Global. Send Invitation.
Step 4: Set-Up Payment
-Required if your app offers an In-App Subscription.
-Settings >Account details >Scroll down and click Set up a Merchant Account.
-Merchant Sign-Up window opens. Enter Customer Information, then Merchant Information. Submit.
