This guide outlines the information you’ll need to set-up developer accounts, complete App Requirements, and get your website ready. We recommend gathering the information ahead of time.

You’ll create your own developer accounts for Apple, Google, Amazon, and Roku.
Uscreen will access those accounts to build, publish, update, and maintain your apps.
The following information will be needed for you to set-up those accounts:
|Business Name: Name (as shown on your income tax return)
Address: Legal business address as it appears on official documents
Contact Name: Name of an authorized representative for your company
Contact Phone: Number to call with questions about your developer account
Contact Email: Email to contact with questions about your developer account
Website: Your website must be publicly available; the name associated with your organization.
Business/Product Name:This is what will appear on your customers' credit card statements.
Legal Entity Type: Organization must be a legal entity: Partnership; LLC; C Corporation
Legal Binding Authority: Person enrolling organization in program must have authority to do so
>Locate Tax Identification Number: Employer Identification Number (EIN)
>Form W-9: You’ll complete W-9 so the platform can report income paid to you. View Form W-9
>Locate Tax Identification Number (TIN): Foreign Income (TIN) or US (EIN)
>Form W-8: You’ll complete W-8 so the platform can report income paid to you. View Form W-8
|-Revenue you earn from In-App Purchases is paid directly to you by the platform
-Enter your bank information: Name; Location; Account Holder; Account type; Account #; Routing #
|Apple Developer - Requirements:|
|Apple ID: You’ll need an Apple ID with two-factor authentication turned on|
|Developer Account: Create an Apple Developer Account|
|D-U-N-S Number: Your organization must have a D-U-N-S Number to enroll|
|Get your Website App-Ready:|
|Website content is used to create app pages & meet guidelines. To build apps, website needs:|
|Catalog Page: 2-3 Categories with content (2-3 videos); Featured Category with 2-3 free videos|
|Login Page: Website Login Page is used to create the Login Page in the apps|
|Subscription: There needs to be an existing website subscription to link to the In-App Purchase|
|Terms of Service: URL that links to your company’s Terms of Service is required for all apps|
