How To Manage Roku-billed Subscriptions
|Manage Subscriptions from the Web:
1: Go to My Roku on your computer or smartphone. Sign-In to Roku Account.
2: To View a Subscription, click or tap Manage your subscriptions.
My Subscriptions page opens. You’ll see all subscriptions billed by Roku and renewal dates.
3: To Cancel a Subscription, select Unsubscribe next to the channel. Confirm choice.
|Manage Subscriptions on Roku device:
1: Using your Roku remote, open the channel. Press Star to open Options menu.
2: To View a Subscription, including renewal date, select Manage Subscription.
3: To Cancel a Subscription, select Cancel subscription. Confirm choice, then select Done.
|View Purchase History:
1: Go to My Roku on your computer or smartphone. Sign-In to view My Account.
2: Scroll down and select View your Purchase History.
3: You'll see a list of purchases. Each invoice includes: date, description, number, total price.
4: To view invoice details, click or tap Details.
|Request a Refund: Contact Roku Support
-All payments for In-App subscriptions are processed through the Roku Channel Store.
-Refunds for In-App purchases are not available via the Uscreen Admin site.
-For questions about a charge, assistance with billing, or to request a refund, users should View Purchase History, then contact Roku Customer Support.
