The Marketing Analytics report gives you a powerful view of your marketing features, enabling you to track performance and assess how each feature contributes to your goals. By turning data into actionable insights, this tool helps you optimize strategies, identify opportunities, and drive greater impact across your campaigns.

In this article, we’ll guide you through everything you’ll find in this report.

On the main page, you’ll see an overview of the key metrics for each marketing feature.

Clicking on any card title will open a detailed report for that specific feature, allowing you to dive deeper into its performance. Like our other reports, you can drill down into the data for a more comprehensive understanding of the numbers behind the metrics.

YouTube Lead Generator

Discover how many leads, members, and how much revenue was generated through this feature. Metrics include:

  • Leads: potential customers who created an account with their YouTube login credentials to get access to free content

  • New members: leads who completed a purchase.

  • Conversion rate: the percentage of leads who became members, calculated as new members / leads.

  • Revenue earned: total revenue generated from purchases completed as a result of the YouTube Lead Generator feature.

  • Top 10 Youtube Channels Among Leads: the top 10 channels subscribed by leads generated via this feature.

You will be able to filter by:

  • Date Range: filter by a specific period of time

  • Funnel Status: filter by published or unpublished funnels

  • Funnel Title: filter by a specific funnel

Giveaway Funnels

Analyze how many leads, members, and how much revenue was generated via giveaway funnels. Metrics include:

  • Leads: potential customers who provided their email to access a free content through a giveaway funnel

  • New members: leads who subscribed to a plan through the giveaway funnel offer

  • Conversion rate: the percentage of leads who subscribed, calculated as new members / leads

  • Revenue earned: total revenue generated from subscriptions created as a result of the giveaway funnel

You will be able to filter by:

  • Date Range: filter by a specific period of time

  • Funnel Status: filter by active, stopped or archived funnels

  • Funnel Title: filter by a specific funnel

Refer a Friend

Understand how referrals drive leads, sign-ups, memberships, and revenue. Metrics include:

  • Leads: potential customers referred by members

  • Sign ups: leads who created an account after being referred

  • Sign-up conversion rate: the percentage of leads who signed up, calculated as sign ups / leads.

  • New members: leads who subscribed to a plan

  • Conversion rate: percentage of leads who subscribed, calculated as new members / leads.

  • Revenue earned: total revenue generated from subscriptions created as a result of a referral

  • Members Referring Friends: number of members who made referrals using their referral link

  • Members Rewarded: members rewarded with 30 free days after their referral converted into a subscriber

Abandoned Cart

Track how many leads, new members, and how much revenue was recovered using this feature. Metrics include:

  • Leads: potential customers who abandoned the checkout after entering their email

  • New members: leads who subscribed to a plan after the abandoned cart email sequence was triggered

  • Conversion rate: the percentage of leads who subscribed after the abandoned cart feature was triggered, calculated as new members / leads

  • Revenue earned: total revenue generated from subscriptions recovered through this feature

Note: Spam emails are not filtered by default.

  • Automation Status: filter by active or archived automations

  • Product Title: filter by a specific subscription plan linked to abandoned cart automations

Subscription Upsell

Evaluate the effectiveness of upsell offers. Metrics include:

  • Offers sent: the amount of upsell offers sent

  • Offers accepted: the amount of users who accepted an offer (by clicking the “Accept Offer” button

  • Acceptance rate: the percentage of offers accepted, calculated as offers accepted / offers sent

  • Upsells: the amount of successful upsells (users who accepted the offer and paid for it)

  • Conversion rate: the percentage of upsells completed, calculated as upsells / offers sent

  • Revenue earned: estimated gross sales from upsells, calculated as the price difference between the upsell and original plans for users who converted.

You will be able to filter by:

  • Date Range: filter by a specific period of time

  • Automation Status: filter by active, draft or archived automations

  • Automation Title: filter by a specific upsell offer

Reduce Churn

Learn how many members were retained and how much revenue was saved through this feature. Metrics include:

  • Cancellation requests: members who initiated the cancellation process and went though the reduce churn automation

  • Saved members: members who accepted the offer and chose not to cancel

  • Conversion rate: the percentage of saved members, calculated as saved members / cancellation requests

  • Revenue saved: total revenue retained from a saved membership

  • Cancellation reasons: a breakdown of reasons provided in the cancellation survey.

You will be able to filter by:

  • Date Range: filter by a specific period of time

  • Automation Status: filter by active and archived automations

  • Billing Interval: filter by a specific subscription's billing interval, such as monthly or annual

  • Subscription Plan: filter by a specific subscription plan

See how many members were reactivated through free trial offers. Metrics include:

  • Offers sent: the amount of offers sent to former members

  • Trials accepted: the amount of trials started as a result of a free trial offer.

  • Acceptance rate: the percentage of offers accepted, calculated as trials accepted / offers sent

  • Saved members: members who reactivated after the free trial

  • Conversion rate: the percentage of reactivated members, calculated as saved members / offers sent.

  • Revenue saved: total revenue generated from reactivations after free trials

  • Automation Status: filter by active and archived automations

  • Billing Interval: filter by a specific subscription's billing interval, such as monthly or annual
