The ability to schedule a video for release gives you greater flexibility in controlling your available videos. Once a scheduled video has reached its release time, it will appear in your catalog, and if you choose to, you can automatically send an email notification to customers that have access to that video to let them know that it has been added to your storefront.

Navigate to Content, go to Videos, then select the video you want to set a release date

On the right panel under Visibility, you can see Scheduled, select the day and time then save changes

NOTE: Video release time is in the timezone selected in your site's Settings tab.

If you want to notify customers who have access to that content that it is now available, toggle the Send email to customers box. You may click edit beside if should you wish to change the email body
