1. Create Your Developer Account
Go to the Amazon Developer Console.
Click Sign-In, then select Create your Amazon Developer account.
Enter your name, email, and password, then click Create your Amazon Developer account.
Check your email and enter the OTP (one-time password) to verify your account.
2. Enter Developer Details
After your account is verified, you’ll be prompted to enter your developer profile information:
Name
Phone number and email
Company name and address (can be your legal name if you're not a business)
Customer support email
Then:
Review the Amazon Developer Services Agreement.
Check the box to agree, and click Submit.
Double-check all your contact and business information. It must match any tax forms you submit later.
3. Set Up Payment and Tax Information
Navigate to Settings → Payment Information to complete this section.
Payment Information
Set Monetize to YES.
Set Display Ads to NO.
Enter your banking information.
Tax Identity Interview
Go to Settings → Tax Identity.
Click Start Interview under Royalty Tax Identity Interview.
Complete the tax questionnaire and submit your forms.
4. (Optional) Complete Canada Tax Interview
If your app includes in-app subscriptions and you want it available in Canada, complete this step:
Navigate to Settings → Tax Identity.
Click Enter Interview next to Canada Tax Interview.
Provide your tax classification, business entity type, and Foreign Tax Identification Number.
If you don't plan to offer your app in Canada, you can skip this step. Uscreen will have to exclude Canada from your app's countries list during submission.

5. Give Uscreen Access to Your Account
In your developer account, go to Settings → User Permissions.
Click Add New.
Enter the email: ott@uscreen.tv
Select Administrator as the role.
Click Save.
