If you don't know where to start with music rights management, what you are looking for is a "Music Licensing Platform" on Google. You'll find lots out there like Soundstripe, Pond5, or Artlist. Each will have a list of songs that they have secured the rights to and can license to use for use in your videos. There may be requirements on how you assert your rights to use the music by perhaps putting it in your video description or adding it to title screen in your videos.
