1. What differences could there be between Analytics reports and data outside of it?
The primary difference is the data update frequency:
Analytics pages: Reports show data up to the last complete day.
Other admin areas (e.g., People, Sales pages): Data is updated in near real-time.
Additionally, specific metrics might have other differences, which are highlighted in their respective Analytics report articles.
2. Where do I find exported files from reports outside of Analytics?
When exporting a CSV of user data or invoices, the completed file will appear in the Exported Files section. Depending on the size of the report, it may take some time to process. The most recent files are displayed at the top of the list.
To access your exported files:
Navigate to Settings > Exported Files.
Your most recent downloads will appear at the top of the list.
NOTE: If exporting a CSV from within an Analytics report or drill down, you will see a modal pop up on that page with download options: these reports are exported from a separate system, and the download should begin immediately once you confirm on the modal.
