With Coaching, you can sell scheduled sessions directly from your Uscreen store, whether that's a private one-on-one or a group session.
When you connect Zoom as your meeting type, Uscreen automatically creates a Zoom meeting for every booking, sends the buyer their join link, and pulls the cloud recording into your video library once the session ends, and no manual setup is needed per session.
βΉοΈ INFO Coaching is currently available to select stores. If you'd like access, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or our Support team.
How It Works
Here's the flow from start to finish:
You create a Coaching offer in your admin and set your availability.
A buyer visits your Link-in-Bio page, picks an available time slot, and completes payment.
They automatically receive a confirmation email with the session details and a calendar invite, and no manual follow-up is needed on your end.
After the session ends, if you used Zoom, the recording is automatically added to your video library.
Before You Start
You need a Zoom account on any plan that supports Marketplace OAuth apps (Free, Pro, Business, etc.).
Cloud recording must be enabled on your Zoom plan if you want recordings to be auto-ingested into your video library. Cloud recording is a paid Zoom feature on most plans.
Connecting Your Zoom Account
Before creating a Coaching offer with Zoom, you'll need to connect your Zoom account to Uscreen.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Find the Zoom card and click Connect
You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. If you're not already signed in to Zoom in your browser, sign in now.
Review the permissions Uscreen is requesting and click Allow.
You'll be returned to Uscreen. The Zoom card will now show Connected with the email of the Zoom account you authorized.
Permissions Request by Uscreen
Uscreen requests only the minimum permissions needed for Coaching:
Permission | Purpose |
View your user information | Display your Zoom account email on the Connected card so you know which account is linked. |
Create meetings | Automatically create a Zoom meeting when a buyer books a Coaching session. |
Delete meetings | Remove the Zoom meeting if a booking is cancelled. |
Access cloud recordings | Download the recording after a session ends and add it to your video library. |
βΉοΈ INFO: Uscreen does not read your existing meetings, modify meetings created outside Uscreen, or access any data outside of these scopes.
Setting Up Your Coaching Offer
To get started:
Navigate to Content > Coaching
Click Create offer
You'll be guided through a 7-step setup wizard.
Step 1: Offer Type
Choose how you want to run your sessions.
Select Private for one-on-one bookings, or Group if you'd like multiple people to join the same session, where you can also set the maximum number of participants for group offers.
Step 2: Details
Set up your offer's basic info:
Give it a Title
Add a Cover Image
Write a Description
Choose the Session Duration
You can pick from preset lengths (15, 30, 45 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours) or enter a custom duration in minutes
Step 3: Pricing
Choose how you'd like to charge for your sessions.
Select Free to offer them at no cost, or Paid to set a one-time price that buyers will pay at checkout.
Step 4: Meeting Type
Choose how the session takes place.
Select In Person and enter a location, or choose Video Call and pick your video provider, either Zoom or Google Meet.

Step 5: Optional Attendees
Add anyone who should be automatically invited to every booking, such as an assistant or co-host. Just enter their email addresses separated by commas.
π NOTE: The availability of other attendees won't be checked by the system. They'll simply receive the calendar invite for each session.
Step 6: Google Calendar Sync
Connect your Google Calendar to keep your bookings in sync and automatically block off times when you're already busy, preventing double-bookings.
π NOTE: Google Calendar sync is optional but highly recommended. Without it, there's no automatic check against your existing calendar events, which could lead to scheduling conflicts.

Step 7: Availability
Set your timezone and define when you're open for bookings.
For each day of the week, you can set a start and end time using 15-minute increments, or mark the day as unavailable.
You can also configure two additional settings:
Advance booking: how many days ahead users are allowed to book a session.
Minimum notice: the minimum number of hours required before a session can be booked.
π NOTE: All availability hours are based on the timezone you select here. Make sure it's set correctly before going live so buyers see accurate time slots.
Managing Your Bookings
Once your offer is live, you can view and manage all your bookings from the Bookings tab in the Coaching page.
π‘ TIP: The host start URL is a one-time link that lets you join the session as host without signing into Zoom, which is useful if you have multiple Zoom accounts or want to delegate hosting to a teammate without sharing your Zoom credentials.
π NOTE: If a newly booked session shows "Setting up..." for a few seconds, that's normal, since Zoom is still creating the meeting in the background. Refresh the page after a few seconds, and the status will switch to Confirmed with the meeting details available.
Zoom Recordings
Zoom recordings aren't captured automatically just because the session took place.
You need to actively start cloud recording during the session. Here's how it works:
During the session, click Record > Record to the Cloud in the Zoom toolbar
End the meeting normally when done.
Zoom processes the recording, which typically takes 5β15 minutes for a short session, longer for longer ones.
Once ready, the recording is automatically pulled into Content > Videos in your Uscreen admin.
Recordings are named after the offer and session date:
Group sessions:
<Offer name> β <date>Private sessions:
<Offer name> β <Buyer name> β <date>
From there, the recording behaves like any other video: you can publish it, share it with the buyer, add it to a course, or repurpose it however you like.
π NOTE: Only Record to the Cloud recordings are auto-ingested, while local recordings are not. Cloud recording also requires a paid Zoom plan; Free Zoom plans don't include this feature.
Cancelling a Session
If you need to cancel a session, you can do so from the Coaching section in your admin. Keep in mind:
Cancelling a session will also cancel all associated bookings for that session.
If a booking was paid, you'll have the option to issue a refund directly from the cancellation flow.
π NOTE: If a coaching offer has existing bookings, it can't be fully deleted, so it will be archived instead. This ensures past bookings and any associated refunds remain accessible.
Disconnecting Zoom
You can remove the Zoom integration in two ways. Both leave you in the same end state, where the connection is removed on Uscreen, and the Uscreen app is uninstalled from your Zoom account.
Option 1: Disconnect from Uscreen
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Find the Zoom card and click Disconnect
The Zoom card returns to the Connect state
Option 2: Uninstall from the Zoom Marketplace
Sign in to Zoom and go to Marketplace > Manage > Added Apps
Find the Uscreen listing and click Uninstall
Zoom notifies Uscreen, and the connection is automatically removed on the Uscreen side, too
What happens to your data after disconnecting
Past bookings and recordings stay where they are. Coaching bookings and any recordings already ingested into your video library remain in your Uscreen account, and nothing is deleted.
Future Coaching sessions need a Zoom connection. Any offer set to use Zoom will show a Reconnect Zoom prompt when a buyer tries to book. You can either reconnect Zoom or change the offer's meeting type.
Uscreen no longer has access to your Zoom account. We can't create, delete, or read meetings, or access cloud recordings made after disconnection.
π‘ TIP: If you reconnect Zoom later, Coaching offers will start working again immediately, and no other settings need to change.
User Experience
Coaching offers don't appear on your main storefront. Instead, they're accessible through your Link-in-Bio page (yourstore.uscreen.io/links).
This is a standalone, mobile-friendly page where buyers can discover and book your sessions.
Make sure to share your Link-in-Bio link directly with your audience on social media, in your bio, via email, or wherever your audience is.
Here's what the booking experience looks like from your buyer's side:
They see your coaching offer card on your Link-in-Bio page, with your cover image, title, price, and a "Book now" button. Tapping the card opens a detail view with the full description and CTA.
They pick a date and time from a calendar showing your available slots. Only the days and times you've set in your availability will appear.
They complete checkout through the standard Uscreen purchase flow.
They're confirmed! A "You're all set!" screen appears with a "Join Zoom meeting" button so they can access the link right away.
They'll also receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and a calendar invite.
π‘ TIP: Share your Link-in-Bio page link in your social media bio, email newsletters, and anywhere else your audience finds you. It's the main way buyers will discover and book your coaching sessions.
