An FAQ page helps answer common questions, reduce support requests, and improve the end-user experience. Uscreen makes creating and customizing an FAQ page for your storefront simple.
How to Create an FAQ Page
Follow these steps to set up your FAQ page in Uscreen:
1️⃣ Create the FAQ Page
1. Log into your Uscreen Admin Area.
2. In the left-hand menu, go to Marketing.
3. Click on Website → Landing Pages.
4. Click Create a Page.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the template list and select the FAQ Page template.
2️⃣ Customize Your FAQ Page
The FAQ page template includes:
✅ An FAQ Section – Edit, remove, or add questions and answers.
✅ A Help Center Button – Link to an external help center if you have one.
✅ A Support Call-to-Action – Provide a way for users to contact you for additional help.
Note: You'll want to review each question and answer in the FAQ Section as well as edit any buttons or hyperlinks to make sure they lead to the correct places.
3️⃣ Add the FAQ Page to Your Site Navigation
To ensure visitors can find your FAQ page easily, add it to your site’s navigation:
1. Go to your Uscreen Admin Area.
2. Click on Website.
3. In the right-hand sidebar, select Navigation.
4. Click Add Navigation Link.
5. Enter a Title for the link (e.g., “FAQ” or “Help Center”).
6. Under Link, select the FAQ Page you created.
7. Toggle Show on Website Navigation to ON.
8. Click Save.
9. You'll then see the new page added to your site's navigation:
