An FAQ page helps answer common questions, reduce support requests, and improve the end-user experience. A well-designed FAQ page can:

Creating your FAQ Page

Follow these simple steps to set up your FAQ page in Uscreen:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Website Landing Pages

  2. Click Create a Page

  3. Scroll down the template list

  4. Hover over the FAQ Page template

  5. Click Choose Template


Customizing your FAQ Page

The FAQ page template includes several customizable sections:

  • FAQ Section: Edit, remove, or add questions and answers

  • Help Center Button: Link to an external help center if you have one

  • Support Call-to-Action: Provide contact options for additional help

Adding the Page to your Site Navigation

To ensure visitors can easily find your FAQ page:

  1. Navigate to Website

  2. Decide where you want to place the menu item (Top or Footer)

  3. Click Add Navigation Link

  4. Enter a title (e.g., "FAQ" or "Help Center")

  5. Toggle Show on Website Navigation

  6. Click Save & Apply


Best Practices for your FAQ Page

  • Keep It Clear & Concise: Use short, direct answers

  • Update Regularly: Add new FAQs as user inquiries evolve

  • Use Links: Direct users to related pages or support articles

  • Test the Page: Ensure all links and navigation work properly

  • Group Questions: Organize FAQs by topic for easier navigation

  • Use Real Questions: Base your FAQs on actual customer inquiries

๐Ÿ“ NOTE: Review each question and answer in the FAQ Section, as well as edit any buttons or hyperlinks to make sure they lead to the correct places. The default template includes sample content that should be customized to match your specific offerings.


App Limitations

The FAQ page is currently only available on your web storefront.

Mobile and TV apps have their own built-in support links that cannot be customized to match your FAQ page.

FAQs

Can I create a custom page instead of using the FAQ template?

Yes! You can create a custom landing page using our page builder if you need more flexibility than the FAQ template provides. Just make sure to select the correct page when adding it as a navigation item.

Do I need a separate page for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
