Since we are invested in the relationship you have with your users, we have partnered with Outgrow. Its platform will help you add more interactive features to your site and help you grow your audience—and succeed in growing your business. Outgrow.co is a platform that lets you create interactive content such as Contests, Giveaways, Polls, Quizzes, Surveys, Recommendations, Chatbots, etc. When creating a landing page, you can easily embed these interactive content pieces on your Uscreen site.
Outgrow offers different plans that will fit your business regardless of how small or big your site and audience are, and if you would like to test it before going all in, the platform offers a 7-day free trial. Outgrow will help you give a personalized experience that will increase your conversion rates. To learn about all of the features Outgrow offers you can visit Outgrow's features page.
The platform is easy to navigate, and you can quickly create different forms of content. You can be a solo creator or add a team to your account to have several people plan, write, and improve the content, and there are several templates from which you can choose. Its analytics tab will also help you know how your content is impacting users.
Once you are in your Dashboard, you will see all the content types you can create. After selecting one to work with, different templates will display for you to choose; however, you can change all aspects of the template to fit your site's look the best. So you know what to do with each content type, Outgrow has a collection of help videos on their YouTube page. Along with those videos, every time you create a different content type, short tutorials will pop up to help you along the way.
Below is an example of what Outgrow could look like on your landing page:
NOTE: The platform will work great with Uscreen; however, certain embedding options can become conflicting. Outgrow offers Full Page and In Page embedding options on some content types, but those two, in particular, are discouraged as the code might not work well with your site.
Embed Content in a Landing Page:
After you have created the type of content you want to add to your store, it's time to embed it on a webpage. Make sure you have your landing page and Outgrow open on your browser.
In Outgrow, click on the content type you created and navigate to Configure, located at the top of the page, in the middle section.
On the left sidebar, click on Embed on a Webpage
Select how you would like your content to be displayed (e.g., popup, sidenote, chat, floating rectangle, etc.), and beneath the Get Code section, click on Copy to copy the HTML code
Go to your landing page and find where you would like to add the HTML code, then select Edit Section or click on the plus + symbol
On the left sidebar, click Custom HTML
Once the Custom HTML sidebar appears, add the code you copied in the code box
Since changes are saved automatically, just wait for the message at the top right corner to say All changes saved and then you can preview what the code will look like on your page.
Embed Content to a Custom Page
If you would like to add content to a page in your storefront, you can also add HTML code in your Pages section. Make sure you have your Pages and Outgrow open on your browser.
