June 2025 - New Engagement & Group Subscription Reports

We’ve added a brand-new Engagement Report to Subscription Analytics to help you better understand how your subscribers are using your platform — who’s engaged, who’s at risk, and what they’re interacting with (like content and community).

Here’s what you will find:

👥 Analytics for Group Subscriptions

We’ve added new analytics capabilities for customers using Group Subscriptions, making it easier to understand and analyze group-level activity.

Here’s what’s new:
🔹 Group Analytics tab — now available in Subscription Analytics (visible only for customers with the Group Subscriptions add-on)
🔹 New Group filters — available across Subscription, Content, and Sales Analytics so you can break down data by group

🗂️ New tab layout in Subscription Analytics

We’ve renamed and reordered the tabs under Subscription Analytics to make it easier to navigate.

🔹 “Acquisition & Retention” is now called “New”
🔹 New tab order: Overview | Trials | New | Engagement | Churn | MRR | Benchmarks

🔹 Retention charts have moved from “Acquisition & Retention” to “Churn” for better alignment


📈 Improved Migrated Subscriptions Chart


We’ve updated how migrated subscribers appear in Subscription Analytics to make the data more meaningful over time.

What changed:
🔹 Before: X-axis showed the migration date — making the chart less useful, especially since most subscribers are migrated within the first months
🔹 Now: X-axis shows record date, so you can see how many active migrated subscribers you have over time

This update gives you a much clearer view of how many migrated subscribers are still active post-migration.

Live Events Report – Now Faster & Smarter

We’ve improved the performance of the Live Events Report so it loads faster and gives you more relevant data. The date range filter now reflects the event launch date (not when viewers watched), so you can better track each live event's performance.


🌍 New: Table View for Country-Level Data

Our globe visual is fun, but we get it—sometimes you just want the numbers. Now, you’ll find a simple table view right below the globe showing Views and Watch Time by Country, perfect for exporting and digging into the data (hello, Excel fans! 👋).

March 2025 - Improvements to Content Engagement Activities

We've added more details to help you track engagement on your videos:

  • Comment Text in Drill-Down – The Comment Engagement Activity drill-down now includes the full text of comments, making it easier to review and analyze.

  • Video Notes Count – See the total number of video notes, giving you better insights into audience interaction.


🔧 Bug Fixes in Content Analytics

We’ve fixed two issues to ensure your Content Analytics reflect performance more accurately:

  • Replays from Live Events watched inside a Collection were not being counted as replays — this was fixed on March 12, and they’re now correctly included in your replay data.

  • Watch Time for videos with multiple authors was being duplicated — this issue started on February 21 and was resolved on March 25, so your watch time is now calculated correctly without duplication.

We've made updates to the Payouts Report to improve usability:

  • New Filter: Payout Date – Find specific payouts faster with a date filter.

  • Total Payouts Added – Easily drill down and export all payouts for the selected period at once.

  • Country Codes in Drill-Down – Quickly reference country codes for more detailed insights.

January 2025 - Purchase Locations in Sales Analytics & MRR Update!

📍 Purchase Locations Now Available in Sales Analytics

Gain deeper insights into where your purchases are coming from! The drill-down views in Sales Analytics now include purchase location details:

  • Zip Code

  • Country

  • Region

  • City

  • Card Issuer Country

💡 Please Note: Not all purchases will have location data. Several factors can prevent us from collecting this information, including:

  • Web browser extensions that block tracking

  • Use of an anonymous web browser

  • VPN connections that change the user's location


📊 MRR Report Update

To provide more accurate insights, we have removed MRR forecasting for the current month. The MRR Report now reflects revenue only from members with a paid invoice in the period.


💰 Clearer Payout Reports

We've made improvements to the Payout Report to help you better understand your payouts from select Uscreen payment gateways:

  • The x-axis now reflects the Payout Report Generated Date, providing clearer tracking of when payments were aggregated into your payout.

  • A new color variable for user payment month helps distinguish when the user payments were made versus when the payout was issued to you.

Easily monitor your Net Sales Growth Rate with a new view added to the Sales Report.


🤑 Paying Members Count in MRR Report

See the number of paying members at a glance!

  1. Tooltip View: Hover over the MRR chart in the MRR Report, and the count will appear in the tooltip.

  2. By Subscription Plan: Easily find the current number of paying members broken down by Subscription Plan.
