Can I Change My Uscreen Billing Date?
If you’re on the Pro or Plus plan, you can request to update your Uscreen billing date.
🔒 Note: Changing Your Uscreen Account Billing Date is not available for Basic or Growth plans.
If you're on a basic or growth plan, you can reach out to our sales team from the support widget inside of your Admin area to discuss upgrading.
How Does Changing Your Uscreen Billing Date Work?
Here’s an example:
Current billing date: November 28th
New billing date desired: 12th of each month
After approval, your billing cycle will shift to match the new date.
Steps to Change Your Uscreen Billing Date
Follow these steps to update your subscription billing date:
1. Contact your Customer Success Manager
Please get in contact with your Success Manager to discuss any changes to your Uscreen Agreement.
2. Signed Amendment ✍️
We’ll provide a signed amendment for you to confirm the new billing date. This document must be completed before we can proceed.
3. Pro-Rated Invoice 💵
After the update:
You’ll receive a pro-rated invoice covering the period from your current billing date to the start of your new cycle.
This invoice will include:
The platform fee for the adjusted period (e.g., November 28th–January 11th).
The fee for the next full billing cycle.
Example:
Old billing date: November 28th
New billing cycle starts: December 12th
Invoice covers: November 28th–January 11th
Payment for this invoice will be due at the time the change is finalized.
A 30-day notice is needed to process your billing date change. Make sure to plan ahead to avoid any delays.
