You can change a subscriber's next invoice date for various reasons. This article explains how to make these changes and what happens behind the scenes.

Edit an Invoice Date
Navigate to People
Search for the user whose invoice date you want to edit
Click the Name or the ellipsis (...) and select Edit
Click on Manage Membership
Select Edit Next Invoice Date
Adjust the invoice date and time using the datepicker
Click Save Changes
📝 NOTE: After setting a new billing date, you may not see the invoice right away. The system automatically generates invoices twice daily at 9 am EST and 8 pm EST, so it might take several hours for the new invoice to appear.

Member Status and Access
When you change a subscriber's next invoice date, the user should remain in Active status in Uscreen and maintain full access to the content included in their plan.
While in Stripe, you might notice that the user will have a trial period applied to their subscription.
ℹ️ INFO: This current logic is normal, since the next invoice dates cannot be altered in Stripe, and providing a trial period is the solution that allows our platform not to charge the user until the next invoice date set in Uscreen.
Billing Cycle Shift
Changing a member's next invoice date only affects the immediate next billing cycle and will establish a new billing cycle for future invoices moving forward.
⚠️ WARNING: You can only change upcoming invoice dates that haven't been generated yet. If an invoice has already been generated, you'll need to Forgive that invoice first, then set the next invoice date to a future date.

The billing of in-app subscriptions is fully managed by the app marketplaces, and it is currently not possible to modify the invoice dates of these types of purchases.
