How to Access Your Invoices
Log in to your Uscreen account.
Go to the Billing dashboard from the main menu.
Click on the relevant invoice number to open it and view the details.
What Your Invoice Covers
Each invoice provides a breakdown of charges, which may include:
Monthly subscription fees: Your regular recurring payment for the Uscreen platform.
Streaming services: Any additional charges for hosting or streaming content.
Active subscribers: Fees are based on the number of subscribers accessing your platform.
View Your Subscriber Fees and Plan Information
In addition to the monthly platform fee, Uscreen charges a subscriber fee for each active subscriber on your platform. These fees are detailed in your Billing section, along with your plan information. Here’s how you can find and understand these charges:
For Growth Plan
If you're on the Growth plan, you can easily find your subscriber fees and plan details in the Billing section:
Log in to your Uscreen account.
Use your admin credentials to access your dashboard.Go to the Billing dashboard.
From your account menu, select Billing to view your billing information.
Locate your plan and subscriber fees.
Review your Plan for details.
For Pro and Plus Plan
If you're on the Pro or Plus plan, your subscriber fees and plan information are not directly accessible in the Billing section. Instead you can:
