Advanced Analytics

Learn how to use Advanced Analytics to build visualizations, automate alerts, and gain deeper insights into your data.

Updated this week

We’re excited to introduce the new Advanced Analytics features - a powerful set of tools designed to give you more control and flexibility over how you analyze your data.

Advanced Analytics leverages Omni, our embedded analytics tool, to provide you with everything you need to shape, automate, and take action on your data.

What Can You Do with Advanced Analytics?

With Advanced Analytics, you can:

  • Build and save your own visualizations, all within your Uscreen admin area, so you can have full control over your insights

  • Set default filters to match your business reviews process, so you don’t have to adjust them every time you check your reports.

  • Automate alerts and actions via email or webhooks, keeping you ahead of key metrics and simplifying processes

Setting Up Alerts & Automated Deliveries

You can automate deliveries and alerts for any visualization and dashboard you’ve created.

  1. Go to File > Deliveries & Alerts.

  2. Choose the type of delivery:

    • Schedule: Send deliveries on specific dates/times.

    • Alert: Send deliveries when a condition is met.

  3. Define what should be sent:

    • Entire dashboard or a specific visualization.

  4. Choose how it should be sent:

    • Email or webhook.

  5. Give the delivery a name.

  6. Select the details based on your chosen delivery type:

    • Schedule: Choose the frequency and dates/times for the delivery.

    • Alert: Choose the visualization to monitor and the condition that will trigger the delivery.

  7. Under Dashboard, select the format of the delivery (PNG, PDF, XLSX, CSV, or JSON)

  8. According to the destination selected, add the details:

    • Email: add the recipients

    • Webhook: inset the URL

💡 Please note: Deliveries and alerts can only be set for dashboards you create. At this time, it is not possible to enable them on dashboards created by Uscreen. However, you can duplicate a Uscreen-created dashboard and then set alerts and deliveries on your copy.
