The Videos, Live Streaming, and Collections reports help you measure the performance of your content across different formats. These reports provide detailed metrics and filters so you can see what resonates with viewers, identify your top-performing content, and spot areas for improvement.


Videos

Track the performance of your videos and see what resonates with viewers.

The Videos report gives you detailed insights into the performance of individual videos. By tracking views, watch time, completion rates, and engagement activities, you can identify which videos engage your audience most and make informed decisions about what to create, promote, or optimize next.

Metrics

  • Viewers – Number of unique viewers.

  • Views – Total number of video views.

  • Total and Average Watch Time – How long viewers spend watching your videos, both in total and on average.

  • Completion Rate – Percentage of viewers who finish watching a video.

  • Engagement Activities – Interactions such as favorites, likes, comments, playlist adds, calendar adds, and video notes.

Filters

You can filter the Videos report by:

  • Date Range – Show results between two specific dates.

  • Video Title – View data for a specific video.

  • Collection Title – View data for videos within a specific collection.

    • 📌 Note: Engagement activity data is not available when filtering by collection.

  • Author – View data for videos by a specific author.

  • Is Trailer – Include or exclude trailer content.

  • Group Subscription – Show results only for subscribers in a selected group.

📌 Note: The Videos report includes all sessions on videos, including those watched within collections.


Live Streaming

Measure the success of your live streams, from attendance to replays.

The Live Streaming report provides insights into how your live streams perform before, during, and after the event. You can see how many people preregistered, attended, watched live, and returned for replays.

Metrics

  • Launched Date and Time – When the live stream started.

  • Finished Date and Time – When the live stream ended.

  • Preregistered – Number of users who preregistered.

  • Attendees – Number of users who attended live.

  • Total and Average Live Watch Time – How long attendees watched, in total and on average.

  • Average Completion Rate – Percentage of attendees who watched to completion.

  • Replays – Number of replay views after the event.

  • Total Watch Time – Combined live and replay watch time.

Filters

You can filter the Live Events report by:

  • Date Range – Show results between two specific dates.

  • Author – View data for live events by a specific author.

  • Live Event Title – View data for a specific live event.

  • Group Subscription – Show results only for subscribers in a selected group.


Collections

See how your content collections perform as a whole.

The Collections report gives you a view of the performance of your content collections, showing how audiences interact with grouped videos.

Metrics

  • Viewers – Number of unique viewers for the collection.

  • Views – Total number of views across the collection.

  • Total Watch Time – Total amount of time spent watching content in the collection.

Filters

You can filter the Collections report by:

  • Date Range – Show results between two specific dates.

  • Collection Title – View data for a specific collection.

  • Author – View data for videos in a collection by a specific author.
