If you have videos saved to your Dropbox account, you can upload them directly to Uscreen from your account.

Navigate to Content, then Videos, and click the Dropbox button in the upload area. Select the content you want to upload and click Create. All you have to do is wait for them to upload, and the videos will be ready to be published.
