My Library is a feature designed to help your customers quickly locate and access individual videos, collections, or bundles they've purchased. It is a dynamic section that automatically appears at the top of your customers' catalog page, providing a dedicated space for their purchased content.
The My Library also has a dedicated page that can be accessed through https://yourstorefront.com/library
Enabling or Disabling My Library
Navigate to Website
Go to the Catalog tab
Tick the checkbox Show My Library to enable the feature
INFO: The feature can be enabled or disabled at any time, and toggling the option does not affect the access and purchases of the customers.
How My Library Works
When the option is enabled, My Library automatically appears in these situations:
When a customer purchases an individual video
When a customer purchases a collection
When a customer purchases a bundle
When a customer has both a subscription and individual purchases
INFO: Even if a customer has an active subscription, My Library will still appear and show their other individual purchases, helping them easily find that specific content.
Content Organization in My Library
Content in My Library is displayed in chronological order based on when they were created/uploaded in your store, with the most recent content appearing first.
NOTE: The order of the videos cannot be manually changed. This is an intended behavior since the My Library is dynamic and its contents vary from one user to another.
Position a Content by Re-uploading
If you want specific content to appear as the first in the My Library for all customers who purchased it, consider re-uploading it as a new item, which will place it at the beginning of the list.
Sequence by Collection Playlist
You may consider grouping videos inside a collection to force them to play in sequential order. This can be very handy when offering the videos as bundles.

There is no hard limit to the number of items that can appear in My Library. For customers with many purchases, pagination is supported to allow browsing through all content.
