How Customers See Your Collections
Updated over a week ago

A collection page is automatically generated for each published collection. The information on the collection page can be edited by making changes to the collection details.

Your customers will access the collections page by clicking on the thumbnail in the catalog or by using a direct link that can be set up in the collection SEO section.

In the Catalog, collections can be easily spotted because of the Play icon along with the number of videos in it located on the bottom right corner of the thumbnail.

Once customers click on the collection thumbnail, they will be taken to the collection page. There are two different layouts to choose from for your playlist. So according to what you chose, the collection layout can be displayed in two different ways.

Sidebar Layout Page

At the top, the viewers will see:

  • The Collection Title above the playlist

  • The Add Collection to Favorites button, which creates a Favorites category in your Catalog once clicked on

On the sidebar, the viewers will see:

  • The Autoplay, which allows all the videos in the collection to begin playing without the need to click on each one

  • The sections' Titles (if you created dividers) and all of the videos of the collection

At the bottom, the viewers will see:

  • The Add to Favorites button, which adds the individual video to the Favorites category

  • The Watch Trailer button if you added a video trailer to your collection

  • The Share button, which allows them to share it with others

  • The Mark as Watched if you have enabled that feature

  • All other videos will be displayed as thumbnails—if you have added dividers, the sections' titles will be above the videos on the thumbnails

The sections below the playlist will be the same as an individual video page, which you can read more about in our help guide.
