Editing your Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy pages

Updated over a week ago

We now create Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages for you.

Having a Terms and Conditions page is essential for any business that accepts payments online. It protects you from legal liability and ensures that you are compliant with payment processors and regulations.

Here are some of the benefits of having a Terms and Conditions page:

  • Protects you from legal liability: A Terms and Conditions page can help to protect you from legal liability in the event of a dispute with a customer. By clearly outlining your terms and conditions, you can show that you have taken steps to protect your customers and that you are not responsible for any damages that they may incur.

  • Ensures compliance with payment processors and regulations: Many payment processors require businesses to have a Terms and Conditions page in order to process payments. This is because a Terms and Conditions page helps to protect the processor from legal liability as well.

  • Builds trust with customers: A Terms and Conditions page can help to build trust with customers by showing them that you are a legitimate business that takes their privacy and security seriously.
