FAQs

Why did we move to a passwordless system?

We've implemented this system to improve security while making it easier for members to access your content. Magic links eliminate the need to remember passwords while ensuring only the person with access to the email can sign in.

Can existing members still use their passwords?

Yes! Members with existing passwords have both options and can continue using them or switch to magic links at any time.

How do magic links verify email addresses?

When a member clicks a magic link sent to their email, our system automatically marks that email as verified since they've proven they can access it. This is tracked in our database as "verified via passwordless sign-in."

Are magic links secure?

Yes, magic links are single-use, time-limited, and can only be used on the device that requested them, making them more secure than many password systems.
