As a site owner, it’s important to guide your end users on how to access and manage their subscriptions, view purchase history, and check invoices through their dashboard. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help your customers navigate these tasks.


Accessing the Dashboard

Log In to the Account:

  • Ensure your end users know the URL to access the login page.

  • Provide clear instructions for logging in, including using their username/email and password.

Navigate to the Dashboard:

  • After logging in, direct them to the dashboard. This is found under the top navigation menu option labeled “Purchases & payments"


Viewing Subscriptions

Find the Subscriptions Section:

  • On the dashboard, look for a section labeled “Purchases

  • Click on this section to view current subscription details.

  • From here, your end-users can change their current subscription, cancel, or update their payment method.

Viewing Invoice History

Your end users can view their invoice history by clicking on "Invoice History"

From here they will be able to view all purchase receipts for:

  • Subscriptions

  • One-time purchases

  • Bundles

  • Donations

  • Gift Cards
