Your paid member churn rate can be found under Analytics > Subscriber > Churn Rate.
Your churn rate analytics show you two views of your paid member churn rate. The default view is the average paid member churn rate for your entire platform.
This is the average rate at which paid end users cancel their subscription and become churned.
To see the exact churn rate by subscription plan, you can use the Subscription Plan filter to select the plan you would like to see.
Selecting a subscription plan will show you the exact paid member churn rate for the plan. This is the exact rate at which members of a specific plan cancel their subscription and become churned for that plan.
NOTE: This report shows the count and rate of paid member churn, as an average for your store and specifically by subscription plan. This report does not show churned dollar amount.
How churn rate is calculated
The average churn rate is calculated by dividing the total number of churned paying members in a month by the total number of non-churned paying members in the same month (Active + New).
The churn rate for a subscription plan is calculated by dividing the total number of churned paying members from the specific plan in a month by the total number of non-churned paying members from the same plan, in the same month (Active + New).
