Content Analytics by Bundle

Report designed to help you analyze how users engage with your content when access is granted through bundles

Updated today

The Content By Bundle report is designed to help you measure the performance of your content by users who got access through a bundle. With a detailed breakdown of key metrics like watch time, views, and viewers, you’ll gain valuable insights into how bundles are driving content consumption and user activity.

Summary Card

At the top of the report, you’ll find a Summary Card offering a quick comparison of core content metrics for the current period versus the previous one. These metrics reflect activity only from users whose access comes through bundles.

The metrics available are standard content metrics — learn more about them here.

Analytics by Bundle

The Analytics by Bundle section provides a breakdown by each individual bundle. It includes:

  • Customers: Total users who have access to the bundle

  • Viewers, Views, Watch Time, Avg. Watch Time, Avg. Completion Rate: standard content metrics.

This view helps you assess which bundles are most popular and which drive the highest engagement.

Content Analytics by User and Bundle

For a closer look at individual behaviors, the Content Analytics by User and Bundle table shows each user’s engagement within the bundle they owned at the moment of the session.

This granular view enables you to:

  • Identify highly engaged users.

  • Get user level insights.

Watch Time by Bundle

The Watch Time by Bundle tab offers the same views as the tab on the main Content Analytics reports but with the flexibility of narrowing the focus to individual bundles through the Bundle filter.

FAQ

How does the report handle users who have both a subscription and a bundle?
If a user has both a subscription and a bundle, the report treats the subscription as the source of access. This approach simplifies attribution and avoids counting the same user activity twice. Keep in mind that this report does not account for the content available in each offer.

How is access duration determined for rental bundles?
For rental bundles, the end date of access is based on the rental duration.

What about non-rental bundles? How is their access period defined?
Since non-rental bundles provide lifetime access, the report sets the end date as the day before the start of the next ownership (if the user has a following purchase). This prevents overlapping access periods.

Does the Content By Bundle report cover every use case perfectly?
Because bundles serve many different business goals, customization may be necessary to fully match your specific use case. The report provides robust, consistent insights as a foundation.
