Bundles: Complete Guide

Unlock more value and streamline content delivery with curated content packages

What are Bundles?

Bundles are a powerful monetization feature that allows you to offer content with different pricing and offer structures.

While subscriptions provide recurring revenue, bundles give you flexibility to sell content through one-time purchases, rentals, or free offerings.

Bundles allow you to package and sell content in alternative ways to subscriptions. They're ideal for:

  • Upselling to customers with additional content

  • Running limited-time promotions

  • Offering a curated selection of free content

Types of Bundles

There are three types of bundle offers.

Fixed Price

Provide permanent access to a bundle of content for a one-time fixed price.

Rental

Provide access to a bundle of content on a temporary basis by selecting a rental duration.

Freebie

Provide free permanent access to a bundle of content for customers who create an account.

Creating Your Bundle

Here's how to set one up.

  1. Navigate to Bundles

  2. Click New Bundle

  3. Choose your bundle type:

    • Fixed Price: provides permanent access for a one-time payment

    • Rental: provides temporary access for a selected rental duration

    • Freebie: provides free permanent access to customers who create an account

Bundle Details

Fill in the details for your bundle in the left panel.

  1. Enter a Title: the name customers will see

  2. Add a Description: this appears at checkout; a clear description helps close the sale

  3. Upload an Image: shown in the checkout flow; recommended size: 995Γ—560px

Visibility

In the right panel, set who can access your bundle.

  • Public: shown in checkout for all visitors

  • Private: only accessible via a direct link you share

Content

  1. In the right panel, click Manage Content

  2. In the modal pop-up, use the search bar or filter by category to find content

  3. Check individual items, or click Select All to add all visible results

  4. Click Apply to confirm your selection and close the pop-up

Pricing & Settings

The options in this section depend on the bundle type you selected.

Fixed Price

  1. Enter the Price for the one-time purchase

  2. If you have Localized Pricing enabled, click Recalculate Prices to update currency conversions, or Manage Additional Currencies to adjust pricing per currency

Rental

  1. Enter the Price for the rental

  2. If you have Localized Pricing enabled, click Recalculate Prices to update currency conversions, or Manage Additional Currencies to adjust pricing per currency

  3. Set the Rental duration: the length of time customers will have access

Freebie

Enable the Automatic Assignment toggle to automatically assign this bundle to all newly created users.

Adding Content to Your Bundle

You can add content to a bundle in two ways.

Bundle page

  1. Navigate to Bundles

  2. Find the bundle you want to update and click to edit it

  3. In the right panel, click Manage Content

  4. In the pop-up, search or filter by category to find content, then check the items you want to include, or click Select All for all visible results

  5. Confirm your selection, then click Apply

Content page

  1. Navigate to Content

  2. Click on the specific content you want to add and Edit

  3. Scroll down to the Subscription & Pricing section on the right side

  4. Select your desired bundle from the dropdown

  5. Click Save Changes

Member Experience

When a customer purchases a bundle, they gain access to all the content included in that bundle. They can find the content in the My Library section in the Catalog.

My Library Access

Bundle content appears in the customer's My Library section of the Catalog. This dedicated area shows all the content the customer has access to through their purchased bundles.

Content Organization

While you cannot manually change the order of content within bundles, customers can still:

  • Search for specific content

  • Filter content by available filters

  • Access all bundle content from their My Library section

Setting the Availability of the Bundle

Similar to subscriptions, you can control the visibility and availability of your bundles.

Public Bundles

Public bundles are visible to everyone who visits your storefront. These are the standard bundle offerings that you want to make widely available.

Key Characteristics of Public Bundles:

  • Appear on your storefront for all visitors

  • Show up in the Get Access options when users try to access gated content

  • Can be purchased by any visitor

Private Bundles

Private bundles are hidden from your storefront and can only be accessed via a direct link that you share. This gives you control over who can purchase these bundles.

Use Cases for Private Bundles:

  • Create special offers for specific audience segments

  • Offer exclusive content to select groups

  • Create temporary promotional bundles

  • Phase out old bundles while maintaining access for existing customers

Share the Private Bundle

  1. Navigate to Bundles

  2. Click the ellipsis (...) next to your existing bundle

  3. Select Copy Link

  4. Share this link with your chosen users


Manage Existing Bundles

Edit Bundle Details & Content

  1. Navigate to Bundles

  2. Find the bundle you want to edit

  3. Click on the bundle name or Edit

  4. Make your changes to the title, description, pricing, content, etc.

  5. Click Save to apply your changes

πŸ“ NOTE: Currently, there is no option to duplicate a bundle. Each new bundle must be created from scratch.

Delete a Bundle

Before deleting, please be aware:

  • All users who purchased the bundle will lose access to its content

  • Invoices linked to the deleted bundle will no longer be filterable in the Sales page

⚠️ WARNING: Deleting a bundle will permanently remove it from the system and instantly revoke access to all who have purchased it. If you're unsure whether to delete or edit a bundle, consider using the Private setting to temporarily hide it instead.

  1. Navigate to Bundles

  2. Find the bundle you want to delete

  3. Click the ellipsis (...)

  4. Select Delete

  5. Confirm by clicking Delete Bundle


FAQs

How is content ordered within bundles?

Content in bundles is automatically ordered based on Upload Date. This ordering cannot be changed manually at the moment.

Can customers with bundle access still subscribe to my membership?

Yes. If you also offer subscriptions, customers with bundle access will still be able to view the full catalog and upgrade with a subscription.

Can I sell bundles through third-party platforms?

Yes, you can integrate with platforms like LeadPages, Shopify, or WooCommerce using Zapier to sell your bundles through external services.

Can I offer gift bundles?

Can I apply coupon codes to bundle purchases?

Yes, coupons are supported for direct bundle purchases on the main checkout.

What happens if I need to modify content in an existing bundle?

You can edit the content in existing bundles at any time using the Manage Content button. This allows you to add or remove content as needed.

What's the difference between a bundle and a collection?

Collections are playlists that organize related videos together and can have their own pricing. Bundles are packages that can include multiple videos, collections, and live streams together as a single offer. How do rental bundles work with access duration?

For rental bundles, access expires at the end of the rental duration. Once it expires, customers will lose access to all content in that bundle unless they purchase it again.

Can customers purchase multiple bundles?

Yes. Customers can purchase as many bundles as they want, and these purchases can coexist with subscription access. Each bundle purchase grants access to its specific content.

How do I track bundle sales and performance?
