Uscreen provides several ways to export user data, giving you valuable insights into your audience. Whether you need a complete overview of all users or specific information about subscribers and bundle owners, these reports put the data at your fingertips.
People Page CSV
The People page gives you full access to your user base, allowing you to export comprehensive data about your audience.

Export the Users Report
Navigate to People
Apply filters (optional) to narrow down results
Segment
Filter by active/former subscription, one-time buyer status, or free trial
Status
Select a specific subscription status (Reactivated, On Hold, Paused, etc.)
More Filters
Additional options like creation date, giveaway funnel, or lifetime amount
Click Export CSV in the top right corner
Select People Table
Access your exported file in Settings > Exported Files
Look for the report you generated using the date and click Download
💡 TIP: You can search for specific users by name or email using the search bar before exporting to create more targeted reports.
Data Columns
The People export includes these key data fields:
User ID | Unique identifier for each user |
User Name | User's full name |
User Email | User's email address |
Lifetime | Total amount spent |
Segment | Segments the user belongs to |
Subscription Plan | Current subscription plan name |
Created On Date | Account creation date |
Next Invoice Date | Date of next payment due |
Subscription Created At | Date when the member initially subscribed |
Canceled At | Date when the subscription was canceled |
Churned At Date | Date when the access was revoked |
Email Marketing Opt-In | Whether the user opted into marketing emails |
Eligible for Promotion Emails | Whether the user can receive promotional emails |
Lead Source | How the user found your platform |

ℹ️ INFO: The report will show the Export Type as Customers, and when ready for downloading, will show the Status as Completed.
Subscription Members
For subscription-specific user data, you can export lists of users assigned to each subscription plan.
Export the Active Offers Report
Navigate to Subscriptions
Find the subscription plan you're interested in
Click on the number in the Total column for that plan
Click Export CSV
on the resulting page
Access your exported file in Settings > Exported Files

The Active Offers (Subscription) export includes:
User's email address | |

User ID | Unique identifier for each user |
Offer ID | Unique identifier for the subscription plan |
Created On | Account creation date |
Subscription Status | Current status |

ℹ️ INFO: The exported file will show the Export Type as Active Offers and include details about users' subscription status and next invoice date.
Bundle Customers
To see which users have access to specific bundles, you can export bundle customer data.
Export the Active Offers Report
Navigate to Bundles
Find the bundle you're interested in
Click on the number in the Customers column for that bundle
Click Export CSV
on the resulting page
Access your exported file in Settings > Exported Files

The Active Offers (Bundle) export includes:
User's email address | |
Name | User's full name |
User ID | Unique identifier for each user |
Offer ID | Unique identifier for the bundle |
Created On | Account creation date |
Subscription Status | Current status, but not applicable for bundles |
Next Invoice Date | Not applicable for bundles |
Canceled At | Not applicable for bundles |
ℹ️ INFO: Similar to the Subscriptions' Active Offers report, the exported file for bundles will show the Export Type as Active Offers.
Live Stream Attendee
After running live events, you can access reports showing who attended and how long they watched.

Export the Attendees Report
Navigate to Content > Live Streaming
Find your completed event
Click Attendees
View the report online or click Export CSV
to export the list in Settings > Exported Files
Data Columns
The Attendees report includes:
ID | Unique identifier for each attendee |
Name | Attendee's full name |
Attendee's email address | |
Watch Time (sec) | Watch duration (in seconds) for each attendee |
📝 NOTE: The Live Stream Attendees report can be generated for live streams with a Finished status. The report will show the Export Type as Attendees and display the title of the stream under the Notes column.
Live Stream Preregistration List
For upcoming events, you can also export lists of users who have preregistered.

Navigate to Content > Live Streaming
Find the event with preregistrations
Click the number under the PREREGISTERED column
View the list of preregistered users with their names, emails, and registration dates
Click Export CSV
to export the list in Settings > Exported Files

Why is the number of users different between my People export and Analytics dashboard?
This difference can occur because Analytics reports only display data up to the last complete day, while the People page shows near real-time data. Additionally, Analytics may count certain users differently, such as those with referral rewards or admin-adjusted billing dates.
Can I export a list of users from a specific country?
Can I export a list of users from a specific country?
To get user location information, you'll need to export the Invoices report (Sales by Location) from the Sales page.
