Calendar Analytics

Insights into how your users engage with the Calendar, Streaks, and Badges features.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Calendar, Streaks, and Badges features help keep your audience engaged and motivated. The Calendar Analytics report gives you visibility into adoption, subscriber vs. non-subscriber behavior, and areas where engagement can be strengthened.

To help you quickly understand adoption and engagement patterns, the top of the report displays three key views:

1) Subscribers with Calendar User: The absolute number of subscribers using the Calendar feature, along with the percentage of your total subscriber base.

  • Additional Insight:
Compare watch time for subscribers who use the Calendar versus those who don’t to see how the feature influences engagement.

  • Why it matters:
This highlights adoption among subscribers and whether the Calendar helps drive higher content consumption.

2) Users With Active Streak: The total number of users currently maintaining an active streak, broken down by subscribers and non-subscribers.

  • Metrics available:

    • Overall number of users with active streak

    • Subscribers with active streak (count + % of all subscribers)

    • Non-subscribers with active streak

  • Why it matters:
The percentage of subscribers with active streaks is a strong signal of member engagement—the higher this number, the more your subscribers are consistently active. Non-subscribers with active streaks also represent a valuable conversion opportunity.

3) Users With Badges Awarded: The total number of users who have received at least one badge, with breakdowns by subscribers and non-subscribers.

  • Metrics available:

    • Overall users with badges awarded

    • Current subscribers with badges awarded (count + % of all subscribers)

    • Non-subscribers with badges awarded, which can include leads, trials, as well as churned members

  • Why it matters:
Badges encourage milestones and recognition. The percentage of subscribers awarded with badges reflects how engaged your subscriber base is. A higher percentage indicates more subscribers are participating and reaching milestones.

Calendar Section

  1. Events Added Over Time: Chart showing the amount of videos added to calendar by your store, as well as by users, over time.

    • Why it matters: Shows whether calendar engagement is store-driven or user-driven, so you know if you need to push more events yourself or if users are already taking initiative.

  2. Top Content Added to Calendar by Users: The most popular videos that users have added to their personal calendars.

    • Why it matters: Shows which videos users value most, helping you decide what to promote or produce more of.

Streaks & Badges Section

  1. Users by Current Streak: Chart segmenting users with active streaks by streak length (e.g., 1 day, 2–3 days, 4–7 days, etc.).

    • Why it matters: Helps you see the balance between loyal users with long streaks and those just starting out, and makes it easier to identify your most engaged members.

  2. Streak Insights:

    • Metrics available:

      • Average streak length across all users

      • Best streak length achieved

      • Most common day of the week when streaks are lost

      • Most common day of the week when users use a break

    • Why it matters: Spot patterns where users disengage to optimize content scheduling or reminders.

  3. Badges Awarded: table with the badges available, the number of users and subscribers awarded.

    • Why it matters: Shows the share of subscribers reaching different milestones and how far your most engaged members progress.

💡 Tip: You can drill down into most data points for a closer look at user-level details.

Filters

  • Date Range: adjust the time period shown in most charts and tables within the report. This helps you focus on engagement trends for a specific window (e.g., the last 30 days).

📌 Please Note: The cards for Users with Active Streak and Users with Badges Awarded are not impacted by the date range filter since the first one shows current data only and the former always shows cumulative totals.
