Add an External Webpage as a Custom Mobile Apps Tab

Updated over a week ago

This feature is coming to the mobile apps in December 2025

Available on Plus and All Access plans only.

You can add one external webpage as a tab in your mobile app in your iOS and Android mobile apps. This gives you greater control over your app’s band and identity. This extends your apps with a merch store, blog, or extra resources page.

  • Link to any secure webpage from your mobile app

  • Customize the tab’s title and icon to match your brand

  • Give your members a richer experience inside your app

✨ This lives in the Admin under Mobile & TV Apps > Customization
🔁 No app update or resubmission needed
📱 Changes go live within seconds

Why External Webpage Matters

Your mobile app is a direct extension of your brand and business. Your members love your app because it’s convenient and focused. Now you can add one external webpage, alongside your video catalog, community, and calendar.

Examples:

  • Link to a merch store, like one on Shopify, Squarespace, or Etsy

  • Share a blog page

  • Show a resource list or curriculum

  • Embed a survey

It’s your business, inside your app.

Non-HTTPS links

Only secure links are allowed to ensure safety and approval

Member-gated visibility

Best Practices 💡

  • Keep it clear and useful: The tab should add value. No not distract from your content and community.

  • Use mobile-optimized pages: So members don’t have to pinch and zoom

  • Choose familiar labels: Like “Store,” “Blog,” or “Resources”

  • Use only trusted HTTPS sites

  • Test your link before saving to make sure it loads smoothly

  • Don’t go weird: No personal sites, random memes, or unrelated content. Your app is still subject to app store review and approval. App stores will reject weird, misleading, broken, off-brand, or inappropriate experiences.
